- Site supervision during implementation
- Project coordination and client support
3. Appointment of Contractors and Vendors
While Aesthetic Eaves Interior Designers may assist clients in selecting contractors, vendors, suppliers, and OEMs, these third parties are independently responsible for quality of work, project timelines, safety compliance, and any incidents on-site.
Aesthetic Eaves Interior Designers is not liable for any actions, omissions, or failures of these third parties.
4. Intellectual Property and Design Rights
4.1 Ownership of Designs
All designs, drawings, concepts, specifications, and materials created by Aesthetic Eaves Interior Designers remain the intellectual property of Aesthetic Eaves Interior Designers and Omkkaar Kulkarni. Clients are granted a limited license to use these designs solely for the specified project.
4.2 Restrictions on Use
Clients may not reproduce, duplicate, share designs with third parties without written consent, or use designs for projects other than the agreed-upon project.
4.3 Reuse of Designs
Any reuse, modification, or transfer of designs requires a new written agreement and may incur additional fees.
5. Project Scope and Changes

Changes in project scope must be submitted in writing and are subject to approval by Aesthetic Eaves Interior Designers.
5.2 Additional Services
Services beyond the agreed-upon scope will be billed separately.
6. Material Selection and Quality
6.1 Branded Materials
Aesthetic Eaves Interior Designers prioritizes the use of branded, quality materials from reputable suppliers.
6.2 Locally-Sourced Materials
If clients choose to source materials locally or from non-standard suppliers, Aesthetic Eaves Interior Designers is not responsible for quality issues, defects, or variations in such materials.
6.3 Material Substitutions
If specified materials become unavailable, Aesthetic Eaves Interior Designers will recommend suitable alternatives with client approval.
7. Project Timeline
7.1 Timeline Estimates
Project timelines provided by Aesthetic Eaves Interior Designers are best-effort estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.
7.2 Liability for Delays
Aesthetic Eaves Interior Designers is not liable for delays caused by contractor/vendor actions, supplier delays, client-caused delays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
8. Payment Terms and Conditions

All service fees will be as specified in the individual Service Agreement.

Payments must be made according to the schedule outlined in the Service Agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of services or termination.

9. Site Supervision
9.1 Scope of Supervision
Site supervision provided by Aesthetic Eaves Interior Designers ensures compliance with approved designs but does not include full-time on-site presence, day-to-day contractor management, or labor management.
9.2 Responsibilities
Site supervision includes regular site visits, review of work progress against designs, and communication with contractors regarding design compliance.
10. Liability and Indemnification
10.1 Limitation of Liability
Aesthetic Eaves Interior Designers' liability is limited to the total fees paid for the project.
10.2 Third-Party Liability
Aesthetic Eaves Interior Designers is not liable for on-site damages caused by third parties, material defects, structural issues, or acts of nature.
10.3 Client Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aesthetic Eaves Interior Designers from any claims arising from third-party actions or client decisions.
11. Termination of Services

Clients may terminate services by providing written notice. Termination fees may apply based on work completed.
